Kos Galatsis is an Associate Professor with Material Science and Engineering at UCLA working in exploratory research areas such as spintronics, carbon devices and sensor nanotechnology. He is experienced in the technology manager and has worked with various semiconductor industry consortia and government agencies. Over the past 8 years he has secured over $50M in sponsored research and funds for UCLA and established multi-million dollar development programs in STT-RAM, non-volatile logic and other beyond CMOS programs. He holds an MBA and a PhD in Electrical Engineering from Australian universities. 

Chongwu Zhou PhD

Prof Zhou is credited for many advancements in the carbon nanotube field including innovative methods in CNT aligned growth and fabrication. Prof. Zhou holds joint appointments within
aneeve Chongwu Zhouthe USC College departments of physics and chemistry. He received his Ph.D. in 1999 from Yale University, and worked as a post doctoral fellow at Stanford University from 1999 to 2000. His research interests include synthesis of nano materials, nanoelectronics and bio-nanotechnology. He has published more than 70 scientific papers, including papers in Science and Nature.

Prof Wang is a pioneering scientist and technologist bringing a plethora of experience in nano devices and material science. He currently holds the Raytheon Chair Professor of Physical Science

He has several patent and has published extensively in the area of organic chemistry, sensor technology and organic material synthesis. He is a leading scientist in Aneeve and is responsible for the company’s breakthrough technologies.


Kumar Duraiswamy M.D. / MBA

Dr. Duraiswamy has experience in the medical diagnostic industry fulfilling roles such as tech operations, scientific support,

Prior to earning his MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management in 2010, he was selected as one of two medical directors for Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics. In this position, he was responsible for the safety and efficacy of clinical products with over $4.2 billion in revenue. Throughout his career in all roles, he has provided medical input in all stages of product development process, from development of technical specifications, design review, and clinical trial plans, to market launch and post-market surveillance including FDA Medical Device Reporting and audits.

Alborz Jooyaie PhD

Mr. Jooyaie is the principal engineer of Aneeve and a electronic design and radio frequency expert. He has been involved in many projects on RFIC design before at Texas-Instruments, and PMC-Sierra and is an expert in the field of novel RF/Microwave devices as well as system architectures. He has published in the field of exploratory research devices for RF applications and is a dyanamic figure within the company.

Prof Wong is a nanotechnology guru who is currently a full professor of EE at Stanford University in Electrical Engineering.

He is interested in exploring new materials, novel fabrication techniques, and novel device concepts for future nanoelectronics systems. Novel devices often require new concepts in circuit and system designs. His research also includes explorations into circuits and systems that are device-driven. His present research covers a broad range of topics including carbon nanotubes, semiconductor nanowires, self-assembly, exploratory logic devices, and novel memory devices.


Hal Monbouquette

Harold G. Monbouquette is a tenured professor in the UCLA Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering Department and currently serves as Department Chair. Charles Ahn PhD

Prof Ahn is a leading authority in the field of complex oxides and multiferroics. His group focuses on the fabrication and the study of the physical Prof Charles Ahnproperties of novel complex oxide materials using advanced growth and characterization techniques, including molecular beam epitaxy and synchrotron x-ray scattering techniques. Current interests include the physics and technology of multifunctional oxides, nanofabrication and electronic writing using scanning probe microscopies, electronic control of complex order parameters in correlated oxides, and development of nonvolatile logic switches for post-CMOS computing paradigms.

Farzam Sajed
(Device Engineer)
Mr. Sajed is currently a B.S. Candidate in Electrical Engineering with Integrated Circuits pathway planning to graduate in June 2013. Farzam Farzam Sajedhas experience conducting research studying Optogenetic Functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging. At Aneeve Technologies, his roles include fabricating CNT ink-jet devices, electrical testing, material characterization, and interpreting results. In the near future, Farzam intends to pursue a PhD in Electrical Engineering with emphasis in analog circuit design.


Jesse Szepieniec BSc
(Device Engineer)

Mr Szepieniec is an Applied Physics Master’s student from the University of Twente in the Netherlands advised by Inorganic Materials Science Jesse Szepieniecexperts Prof. Guus Rijnders and Prof. Dave Blank. In 2010 he undertook a 5-month traineeship at UC Berkeley under multiferroics expert prof. Ramesh, where he focused on complex oxide thin film deposition and characterization. At Aneeve his roles include deposition, characterization, design, fabrication and testing of multiferroic thin film isolators for high frequency microwave operation.
